Mr Dave Hampson

Dave Hampson is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist who graduated from Leeds University in 2012. In his 7 years of practice, Dave has gained an extensive breadth of knowledge and hands-on experience, outpacing many professionals with over a decade of experience.

Dave's career has included working at the Premier League football academy at Burnley FC for 6 years, where he specialised in musculoskeletal injuries in both outpatient and A&E settings. He has also worked pitch-side as a physiotherapist for rugby union and American football. Dave has excelled in several Master’s degree modules, focusing on spinal injuries, lower limb conditions, and injection therapy, and now leads his own team, mentoring colleagues at his local NHS physiotherapy team.

With a passion for sport, Dave has been a county-level tennis player for over 10 years and developed a love for CrossFit 4 years ago. He now specialises in strength conditioning, helping individuals who love going to the gym to recover from injuries and get back to lifting weights and exercising effectively.
