About True Physio Skipton
True Physio Skipton is a private physiotherapy clinic based on Gargrave Road in Skipton, supporting individuals of all ages with pain, injuries and movement problems. As part of the wider True Physio group, the clinic provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Our Chartered and HCPC-registered Physiotherapists work with people experiencing muscle and joint pain, sports and activity-related injuries, persistent symptoms, post-operative rehabilitation needs and longer-term conditions affecting movement and function. Sports physiotherapy is also available for people recovering from injury or working towards a return to exercise and activity.
Your first physiotherapy appointment will include a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, movement and personal goals. Your physiotherapist will then develop an individual treatment and rehabilitation plan based on your needs and progress.
Massage therapy and sports massage are also available at the Skipton clinic, offering support with muscular tension, recovery and physical wellbeing. The clinic also has a full rehabilitation gym and interactive whiteboards that can be used to help explain conditions and support rehabilitation where appropriate.

Brilliant experience, especially as it was my first time visiting a physio. Staff were friendly and efficient. As a fellow runner, Sakshi quickly found the root of my recent running aches and pains and advised good solutions. Two weeks on after seeing her for the first time and I am nearly back to 100%, thanks to the beneficial modifications she’s had me doing.
Staff were really intentive and the setting was nice and calm the staff couldn't do enough for you and we're very thorough in their investigations.
