Miss Laura Rhys-Williams

Miss Laura Rhys-Williams is a physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal injury management and sports rehabilitation. She completed her physiotherapy training before undertaking a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Bradford.

Following her university training, Miss Rhys-Williams worked in roles within elite sport, contributing to the care and rehabilitation of athletes. Her experience includes working with professional sports organisations such as Leeds Rhinos and Harrogate Town AFC, where she supported injury assessment and rehabilitation within a sporting environment.

Her clinical work focuses on the assessment and treatment of upper and lower limb injuries. She has experience developing rehabilitation programmes that may include gym-based strengthening and conditioning alongside structured home exercise plans.

Miss Rhys-Williams has also completed postgraduate training in acupuncture, which she incorporates into treatment for certain musculoskeletal conditions. Her clinical approach combines hands-on physiotherapy techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation programmes.
