Dr Carley Frerichs

Dr Carley Frerichs is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who provides expert, comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and young people. With a strong commitment to family-centred healthcare, Dr Frerichs focuses on promoting optimal physical development, managing acute and chronic childhood conditions, and ensuring long-term well-being. Dr Frerichs completed her foundational medical education, earning her primary medical qualification (MBChB). Following the successful completion of higher specialist training in paediatric medicine, Dr Frerichs gained specialist registration as a Consultant Paediatrician. Throughout her career, Dr Frerichs has developed focused clinical interests in general paediatrics, paediatric diabetes, and paediatric endocrinology, including childhood growth conditions and hormone-related disorders. Her practice covers routine health monitoring, early intervention strategies, and the structured management of complex conditions such as childhood type 1 diabetes and diabetic ketoacidosis.
