My first appointment with Mr Jafri was by telephone he was very professional and made me feel at ease.  Upon meeting Mr Jafri at my consultation, this continued,  he explained my x ray in great detail in order for me to understand the issues.  
Mr Jafri then explained in detail all of the options available and provided literature to help me make my decision.  Once my decision was made he explained the process in a way which was easy for me to understand.  He supplied details on the care I would receive on the day of procedure and aftercare.  By doing this Mr Jafri made me feel at ease and confident that this procedure was going to be the right decision for me.  
Fortunately, 1 year on it has been a success and improved my quality of life,  Thanks to Mr Jafri and the team.

My experience with Mr Ramisetty has been nothing but extremely positive from the beginning. I have suffered with a high riding patella with regular dislocation, pain and swelling for seven years. On my very first consultation I was upset on attending as I had suffered for several years with no end to my
pain in sight. However, having got an appointment with Mr Ramisetty I could not have left the consultation feeling any happier. I felt he listened to me, understood me, did not rush me, was reassuring, extremely kind and empathetic. I feel that due to finally being understood after so many years he helped my mental health as well as my physical health. On planning my treatment he was as conservative as possible i.e specific knee brace and physio, before taking a surgical approach which I completely appreciate. Although this option did help more than before, unfortunately, I still had regular dislocations, pain and swelling. The surgical approach was discussed and all options were explained in detail. I was fully involved in all decision making. I am now 6 weeks post operative following MPFL reconstruction and tibial tubercle osteotomy. It was a difficult 2-3 weeks post op due to the pain, swelling and  being unable to get around, however, this is nothing that Mr Ramisetty didn’t prepare me for, which I greatly appreciate. These problems are rapidly subsiding and already I can see a great improvement only 6 weeks post op! I am so happy with my care and treatment from Mr Ramisetty, I can not thank him enough. He is a very kind man and a brilliant consultant. I feel very lucky to be under his care.
