Dr Arunoday Ghose

Dr Arunoday Ghose is a dedicated Consultant Paediatric Intensivist who provides expert medical care for critically ill infants, children, and young people. Specialising in Paediatrics and paediatric critical care, Dr Ghose manages complex conditions requiring high-dependency care and advanced clinical monitoring. He is committed to delivering compassionate, individualised medical care to young patients while offering reassuring support to their families.

Dr Ghose earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and completed higher specialist training in Paediatrics with a dedicated focus on paediatric intensive care medicine in the United Kingdom. He further advanced his clinical expertise by completing a post-qualification fellowship in paediatric critical care in New Zealand. In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Critical Care and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (FRCPCH).

His clinical interests encompass a broad range of advanced paediatric critical care modalities, including extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), cardiac intensive care, renal replacement therapies, therapeutic plasma exchange, paediatric nephrology, and paediatric retrieval medicine. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Ghose serves as the Communications Lead for the Paediatric Critical Care Society and maintains a strong interest in interprofessional team dynamics and clinical decision-making to optimise outcomes for critically ill children.
