Dr Arina Lazareva

Dr Arina Lazareva is an accomplished Consultant Paediatrician with extensive expertise in complex paediatric healthcare and advanced childhood blood disorders. Providing compassionate, patient-focussed care to children and young people, she works alongside multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver tailored assessment and treatment pathways. Dr Lazareva is dedicated to ensuring that young patients and their families receive clear guidance, comprehensive support, and the highest standards of evidence-based medical care throughout their healthcare journey.

Her sub-specialty focus encompasses paediatric bone marrow transplantation, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and advanced cellular therapies, including Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. Dr Lazareva has a strong clinical interest in paediatric immunology, the prevention and management of acute and chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD), and the monitoring of long-term late effects following stem cell transplantation or oncology treatments. By closely supervising immune reconstitution and post-transplant recovery, she strives to minimise long-term complications and optimise health outcomes for her patients.

Dr Lazareva completed her primary medical degree (MD) and went on to complete specialist postgraduate training in paediatric stem cell transplantation and immunology. She actively contributes to clinical research, medical publications, and international conferences centred on improving immune recovery and cellular therapy techniques in children.
