Dr Timothy Wickham

Dr Timothy Wickham is a Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist based in London, practising at the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust and the The Portland Hospital. He also serves as Divisional Director for Women and Children at the Royal Free and Barnet Hospital, where he plays a key leadership role in shaping and delivering high-quality paediatric and neonatal services.

Dr Wickham’s clinical interests focus on baby health, with particular expertise in feeding difficulties, neonatology, and paediatric gastroenterology. He is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to infants, children, and their families, supporting them through both routine and complex medical needs.

He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Genetics from University College London in 1988 before completing his MB BS at the University of London in 1993. He undertook his postgraduate medical training at leading London institutions, including UCLH, Hammersmith Hospital, and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Dr Wickham is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (FRCPCH), reflecting his longstanding commitment to excellence in paediatric care.
