Dr Ahmad Saif

Dr Ahmad Saif is a dedicated Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine who provides patient-centred, outcome-focused care for individuals recovering from complex medical conditions and severe physical trauma. He adopts a holistic approach to patient care, placing personal functional goals at the centre of every treatment plan. Dr Saif focuses on helping individuals regain maximum independence, mobility, and confidence following life-altering injuries or illnesses.

In his clinical practice, Dr Saif specialises in neurological rehabilitation, major trauma recovery, and spinal cord injury management. His expertise encompasses the assessment and treatment of stroke, traumatic brain injury, polytrauma, multiple sclerosis, and functional neurological disorders. Working alongside multidisciplinary care teams, he delivers comprehensive interventions, including advanced spasticity management, neuro-rehabilitative therapies, and structured post-intensive care support. Dr Saif is also recognised for his work in developing integrated Long-COVID assessment services and early inreach care programmes for acute spinal cord injuries.

Dr Saif completed his medical degree at Cardiff University in 2014. He initially trained and qualified as a General Practitioner before pursuing higher specialist training in Rehabilitation Medicine, which he completed in Oxford in 2023. He is an active member of the British Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, regularly contributing to clinical education and research to advance standards of rehabilitative care.
