Dr Abdul-Jabbar Ghauri

Dr Abdul-Jabbar Ghauri is an experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care for adult and paediatric patients. Known for his reassuring and professional approach, Dr Ghauri is dedicated to diagnosing and managing a wide array of visual and ocular conditions. He places patient well-being at the centre of his practice, ensuring that patients and their families receive compassionate, clear, and individualised guidance throughout their care journey.

Dr Ghauri earned his medical degree (MB BCh) before completing comprehensive higher specialist training in ophthalmology in the West Midlands. To further refine his clinical skills in complex eye conditions affecting children, he completed a prestigious subspecialist fellowship in paediatric ophthalmology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth) and serves as a regional representative on the college council, working to uphold high standards of clinical care and professional education.
