Sports and Spinal Physio is a Physiotherapy Clinic based in Brentwood, Essex. The team is made up of experienced clinicians, each with their own specialist interest, but they are all very competent assessing, treating and rehabilitating all musculoskeletal conditions in accordance with the ‘Sports and Spinal Physio approach’, maintaining high standards of treatment at every step of the rehabilitation journey.
The ‘Sports and Spinal Physio approach’ is focused on optimising movement health, in the knowledge that patients who are in pain move less efficiently, are weaker around painful areas and have difficultly sustaining efficient and optimal postures. The team will work with each of their patients to create a personalised rehabilitation programme.
The team use a range of methods including hands on therapy which helps to lessen and alleviate pain, loosen stiff joints and soft tissues, allowing better movement and faster recovery.
All staff are highly trained, ensuring that they are all working to the highest possible standards. The team discuss patients as a group to create optimal treatment plans and they set aside training time during the week to ensure that the team are constantly adding to their expertise.

The whole set-up at Sports and Spinal Physio is professional and efficiently run. Dan was sympathetic to my situation and did his best to rectify my problems. Eventually he referred me for surgery which proved to be the answer. His knowledge and expertise have put me on the right road to recovery, for which I cannot thank him enough. He comes highly recommended !

I booked my son in with Angela Long as she specialises in children. What a lucky decision. My son has SEN and Angela was brilliant with him. Always considering how he would find the exercises and adapting them for him. Angela was an absolute magician and was able to deal with his plantar fascilitious within a few sessions and then we went on to do a course of 6 to help with other hip and joint pain he has been having. The communication has been amazing and Angela kept checking in with me between sessions. I have saved her information in case we need to go back. Thanks so much Angela!

I've known Dan at Sports & Spinal Physio for many years & treated me for many aches & pains most recently for Giddiness. Turned out I had Vertigo and what wonders Dan worked. I should of gone much sooner, I suffered for Weeks. After seeing Dan it Virtually went over night. Within another day of me doing a certain excercise at home it completely went. I would highly recommend Sports & Spinal Physio
