Sports and Spinal Physio is a Physiotherapy Clinic based in Brentwood, Essex. The experienced team have a unique approach, ensuring that patients are provided with comprehensive treatment, treating their pain but also enabling them to take ownership of their rehabilitation to maintain pain free activity as far as possible.

The team is made up of experienced clinicians, each with their own specialist interest, but they are all very competent assessing, treating and rehabilitating all musculoskeletal conditions in accordance with the ‘Sports and Spinal Physio approach’, maintaining high standards of treatment at every step of the rehabilitation journey.

The ‘Sports and Spinal Physio approach’ is focused on optimising movement health, in the knowledge that patients who are in pain move less efficiently, are weaker around painful areas and have difficultly sustaining efficient and optimal postures. The team will work with each of their patients to create a personalised rehabilitation programme.

The team use a range of methods including hands on therapy which helps to lessen and alleviate pain, loosen stiff joints and soft tissues, allowing better movement and faster recovery.

All staff are highly trained, ensuring that they are all working to the highest possible standards. The team discuss patients as a group to create optimal treatment plans and they set aside training time during the week to ensure that the team are constantly adding to their expertise.
