Katie Oswell

Katie Oswell is a Sports Therapist at Sports and Spinal Physio in Brentwood.  She is dedicated to helping her patients recover from injuries and regain their peak physical performance. Her role encompasses patient care, teaching 1:1 pilates, leading the massage service, and managing the clinic's social media presence. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Worcester in 2022 and holds certificates in Pitchside Trauma, APPI Pilates and Cupping Therapy.

Katie's journey in the field of sports therapy is deeply rooted in her own experiences. Having endured a personal injury, she developed a keen interest in sports injuries, particularly focusing on knee-related issues. She has an empathetic approach and firsthand understanding of the challenges that her patients are facing.

Katie brings fresh perspectives and recent experiences to the table, making her a valuable asset to the clinic. Her current role involves working with a local rugby team, where she applies her knowledge and skills to aid athletes in their journeys to recovery and peak performance.
