Adam knows so much and seems to be always learning more. He is a very calming and caring presence. He’s taught me how to tackle pain and know root causes rather than just treat symptoms. Highly recommend.

I came to Adam with Shoulder Pain and he identified where I was overactive, where I was weak and gave me very specific exercise recommendations for me. I appreciate his help.

I started seeing Adam after my ACL reconstruction surgery. Very kind and well spoken professional. Along with very thorough treatment protocols, he went above and beyond in helping me understand and manage my recovery journey. He gave me the confidence mentally and physically to overcome a lot of challenges, guiding me towards a return to sport. Its been over a year after the surgery; my knee pain is gone, have full range of motion and my knee feels stronger than ever! I feel very grateful to have met Adam :)

My experience with Adam was great. He was very friendly and welcoming, communicated his thoughts and explanations very well and really cared about helping me get better. Adam diagnosed and treated my elbow pain, and after a few sessions my elbow pain was gone, thank you Adam!

Adam Ainen saw me for lower back issues. I had noticeable relief after a few sessions.. Very up to date with the latest techniques and research. He is authentic and patient centered. Takes the time to listen and fully explain and followed up with tools and techniques for use outside the clinic. .

I felt very at ease and reassured with my lower back pain. Adam gave me lots of great advice and took me through some exercises to improve my confidence again, feeling much better after just three sessions!
