Angela Long

Angela Long is an experienced and compassionate Senior Physiotherapist at Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy in Brentwood. With a heart for working with diverse age groups, Angela finds particular joy in tackling challenges presented by clients at both ends of the age spectrum, as well as those dealing with long-term conditions. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at King’s College London in 1998.

Angela's role as a Senior Physiotherapist is complemented by her extensive professional portfolio including certifications in APPI Pilates I and II, Contemporary Concepts in Pain Management and Orthopaedics in the Care of the Young Adult & Child.

Angela's expertise spans beyond general physiotherapy. She specialises in the holistic treatment of musculoskeletal conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. Her curiosity about the development and evolution of the musculoskeletal system throughout life drives her to provide effective care, irrespective of the anomalies a body might possess.

Angela understands the significance of effective communication, including nonverbal aspects, in building trust and rapport with patients. Angela's approach centres on placing the patient's voice and understanding at the core of their treatment. Angela always ensures a personalised treatment plan for her patients according to their needs, with years of experience in the field she is able to be flexible in her treatment methods.
