Sev Sarnecki is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist based at Sports and Spinal Physio in Brentwood, Essex. Sev approaches his clients holistically, working with them to create personalised rehabilitation plans for optimal recovery.

Sev has a range of certifications and educational accomplishments. His expertise includes acupuncture, kinesiotaping, and manual therapy FRSC, alongside comprehensive training in osteopathy modules such as Still Techniques, Fascial Mobilisation Therapy, General Osteopathy Techniques, and Visceral Therapy. He completed an MSc in Physiotherapy from the Medical University of Lodz, Poland, in 2017.

With over 6 years of hands-on experience working with sports teams including football and basketball teams, Sev is skilled at treating players' injuries, aiding in their rehabilitation, and helping them return to pain-free activity. A sports enthusiast himself, he enjoys activities like tennis and football, and understands the importance of looking after your body to achieve optimal performance.

Currently, Sev serves as a First Contact Practitioner leader in the Havering area, expertly diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal problems. Beyond his skills in physical therapy, he has extensive experience in neuro-rehabilitation and pain management.
