Nice and welcoming staff , all straight forward and friendly helpful staff

My most recent appointment was fine. But one appointment was cancelled due to the MRI failing to work. At another I waited over an hour and the explanation provided was 'we don't have an avalaible room'. This was for a 5 minute procedure to remove stitches. I didn't find that convincing or impressive.

Imogen very friendly , helpful and professional re admin prior to appointment. Hospital offers easy parking, very clean premises. Medical and reception staff both friendly and professional and inspire confidence and relaxation. Very organised and punctual and efficiently managed.

The whole experience was friendly, caring and professional.

Highly reccomd in every way

New Hall is something of a rabbit warren, and attending for the first time we arrived at main reception and had to be redirected several times to the Clock House OPD. For two partially disabled mid-octogenarians the flights of stairs involved presented Problems. It would have been easier if the main desk at reception had advised us to go back to our car and drive down to the Clock House Car Park. No other criticisms!

It was not ideal having to use so many stairs.
