My recent visit was to be told I'm in remission. Dr Mo has looked after me brilliantly. A massive thank you to him.

All team members of the Hal Grey Centre, ward 11, MRI and radiology departments - not to forget the patient transport chaps - were professional, kind and caring throughout my stay. I can’t thank them all enough!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mount Vernon Cancer Centre and the care I received throughout my cervical cancer treatment. From my very first appointment, I was treated with kindness, dignity and genuine compassion during what was one of the most frightening and challenging times of my life. I underwent radiotherapy, chemotherapy and brachytherapy at Mount Vernon, and every member of staff I met helped to make an incredibly difficult experience feel that little bit more manageable. The doctors, nurses, radiographers and support staff were consistently professional, caring and reassuring. They always took the time to explain what was happening, answer my questions and make me feel safe and supported. What stood out most was the humanity of the care. I never felt like just another patient or a number. I felt seen, listened to and looked after as an individual. Even on the hardest days, the warmth and compassion shown by the team made such a difference. I will always be deeply grateful to everyone at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre for helping me through my treatment and supporting me on my journey into remission. The work they do is truly invaluable, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the centre to anyone needing cancer care.

Dr Gupta is an exceptional oncologist who combines outstanding clinical expertise with genuine compassion. From the very first appointment, he took the time to listen carefully, explain my diagnosis in a way I could understand, and guide me through each step of my treatment with patience and reassurance. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a very difficult time much easier for me and my family. I always felt that I was in the best possible hands. I am incredibly grateful for the care and support he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone facing cancer treatment.

I always find the mount vernon cancer centre an amazing place to visit - staff are friendly and happy which is an amazing lift for cancer patients, I have the good fortune of using the Hal Gray private clinic- Paula, Frances & Sarah cannot do enough for you.

The hospital was extremely clean and felt very friendly.

It was a Carebit video conference so I did not attend Mount Vernon.
