About eGynaecologist

eGynaecologist is a private gynaecology service based in London, providing both in-person and remote consultations for women’s health. The service operates from Harley Street and offers access to gynaecological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment through a combination of clinic-based and telemedicine care pathways.

The clinic is located at 22 Harley Street in London and operates within the wider private healthcare setting of the Harley Street medical district.

had an excellent experience at Egynecologist clinic. The staff were very polite, efficient, and discreet, and reception was always welcoming from the start. I cannot recommend Dr Muglu highly enough; his professionalism is outstanding. He took the time to explain my problem clearly and set up a comprehensive plan, which made me feel truly heard and understood—something I had not experienced before despite seeing gynaecologists for decades.

Understanding epigenetics unlocks new perspectives on prevention, […]

Fibroids bigger than uterus - should we be monitoring your fibroids?

Fibroids bigger than uterus - should we be monitoring your fibroids?

As a gynaecologist regularly operating on massive fibroids—some dwarfing the uterus itself—I’m struck by a troubling reality that we routinely encounter uteruses rendered anatomically unrecognizable by unchecked fibroid growth. This shouldn’t be inevitable. Uterine fibroids affect most women, often asymptomatically. Yet for many, they progress insidiously causing abnormal bleeding, pain, bulk symptoms, infertility, or pregnancy […]
