Very quick and easy scan. Facilities lovely and clean and staff very professional and reassuring. Would highly recommend.

I am extremely claustrophobic and was given some diazepam to help . Having said that, as soon as I saw the MRI machine, I knew that I would not have too much of a problem. The room around was light and even the tunnel itself appeared, and was, more light and airy than anything I had experienced before. Because I was having a lumbar MRI I was given the option of 'feet or head 'first - I could have managed either but opted for feet first. Being somewhat 'out of touch' with modern music, I opted for Frank Sinatra thinking it would help to pass the time -I only heard two songs! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was the best experience of a MRI that I have had and I've had quite a few.
