About Dr James Halls
Dr. James (Jim) Halls is a Consultant Radiologist, specialising in general radiology with subspecialty interests in paediatric, gastrointestinal (GI), and urological imaging. He graduated from Imperial College London in 2001.
Dr. Halls began his post-graduate career in surgery, obtaining Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) in 2005 before transitioning into clinical radiology. He completed his specialist radiology training based at St George’s Hospital in London, which included subspecialty clinical attachments at Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Royal Marsden. He attained Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) in 2009.
Prior to joining the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Dr. Halls served as a Consultant Radiologist at Great Western Hospital in Swindon. Dedicated to medical education and professional standards, he serves as an active examiner for the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR).
