Overall, I've always been impressed by your high standard clean facilities. Also, more importantly to me are the friendly, kind and caring staff, during all my inpatient and outpatient experiences. The tasty and aray of food/beverages are also of a high standard from St Joe's Cafe, as are the staff! All your staff members, nurses and consultants are extremely helpful. I've always been met with smiles by your Reception team and everyone's professional yet unique ability to always care and show kindness first and foremost is commendable. Thank you! The only overarching negative and unpleasant experiences were when dealing with your inpatient booking team. I found several staff members unprofessional and just outright rude, lacking knowledge but most importantly lacking in empathy and patience. They come across very standoffish most of the time and do not offer good customer relations in my opinion. Leaving me having several bad customer service experiences and issues in the past. The physiotherapy unit is also of a high standard and staff are always willing to help and are extremely knowledgeable too. Thank you for making my hospital stays as pleasant as they can be!!

The Midewife team is caring, friendly and professional. On 19 April, I went in for a fasting glucose test in the morning. Upon completion, both my husband and me were offered hot drinks and banana. Since this is my first pregnancy and third trimester, I am easily worried and I was a bit concern about the test. The midwife team has been patient, sensitive and caring throughout which made me feel relaxed and assurred.

Apprehension is the worst part but the team are very good at putting you at ease, they are professional in their work and monitor you all the time. The treatment is not fun but the prospect of ulcers etc is more daunting. They say there’s no pain without gain, so I look forward to healthy legs.

My first visit to tge Cambridge Lea Hospital was extremely positive.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

How nice it was to be seen at this private hospital, a completely different experience to the normal hospitals

All staff that I came into contact with from reception, theatre and nursing staff were friendly, efficient and caring, making me feel welcome and cared for.
