I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.

I arrived at the premise and found it easy to park which set the scene for a visit which I did not know what to expect. The receptionist was friendly and I did not have long to wait to see Mr Jafri. I was X-rayed and advised about my procedure. It was all in all a good experience.
