I am not a fan of reviews as I think companies should not expect praise for delivering a product or service as agreed, however I am more than happy to do so on this occasion. I consulted Kirsty at PhysioFocus about the symptoms of extreme dizziness and nausea that I thought was related to Mennieres that I have had for 25 years. I discovered that the extreme symptoms I had related to the normal symptoms of Mennieres was actually caused by a BPPV, a different condition. After only two appointments and following the instructions given to me, I can hardly believe the problem was resolved. I still have the Mennieres but the crippling effect of the BPPV has gone and thanks to Kristy’s explanation I have a better understanding of my condition. Thank you Kirsty.
