Overall, I've always been impressed by your high standard clean facilities. Also, more importantly to me are the friendly, kind and caring staff, during all my inpatient and outpatient experiences. The tasty and aray of food/beverages are also of a high standard from St Joe's Cafe, as are the staff! All your staff members, nurses and consultants are extremely helpful. I've always been met with smiles by your Reception team and everyone's professional yet unique ability to always care and show kindness first and foremost is commendable. Thank you! The only overarching negative and unpleasant experiences were when dealing with your inpatient booking team. I found several staff members unprofessional and just outright rude, lacking knowledge but most importantly lacking in empathy and patience. They come across very standoffish most of the time and do not offer good customer relations in my opinion. Leaving me having several bad customer service experiences and issues in the past. The physiotherapy unit is also of a high standard and staff are always willing to help and are extremely knowledgeable too. Thank you for making my hospital stays as pleasant as they can be!!

My appointment was at 12.40 but I was not seen until 1.15 but apart from that everything was very positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Spire Cardiff again.

Food and coffee a bit ordinary but overall good.

Apprehension is the worst part but the team are very good at putting you at ease, they are professional in their work and monitor you all the time. The treatment is not fun but the prospect of ulcers etc is more daunting. They say there’s no pain without gain, so I look forward to healthy legs.

Warm and friendly receptionists. Nurse who attended my appointment was very kind and calming.

Everything was excellent. We particularly appreciated the coffee machine. The nurses in Hensol were friendly, helpful and encouraging.

Some issues and confusion over appointments, difficulty making appointments and difficult to communicate with CT Scanning staff. Otherwise excellent service, reception, MRI and CT scanning staff were fantastic, and the environment very clean, well presented and convenient. No waiting time at all was great
