A very kind and pleasant manner he quickly put me at ease with both a friendly, respectful nature. On the day of the procedure Mr Shahzad was quick during his rounds to allay any sense of pre-op anxiety and during the procedure he was very explanatory throughout maintaining a very encouraging dialogue with me.
