Mr Gupta was incredibly reassuring. He listened, gave clear information and kept in touch throughout the whole investigation process. His manner is warm and easy, while still professional; happily for me I need no treatment, but even if the outcome had been different, I would have welcomed Mr Gupta’s ongoing management of my care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
