I find Dr Jose to be an excellent listener and consummate professional when handling my respiratory issues. In my opinion Dr Jose truly treats the patient in a holistic manner, the first time I saw Dr Jose I was coming off a bad flu experience with subsequent chest infection that eventually led to a long Covid diagnosis. Dr Jose guided me through all investigations and I found he always made time to respond to any queries I had especially during that particular period of time that I believe was the sickest I had ever felt. I credit Dr Jose in guiding me in my recovery which has taken quite some time. I recently returned to see him for a minor chest infection and would recommend him to anyone who needs a chest specialist.

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school.
