My visit to Mr Kirkland was very good. I gave his office/secretary all the required information relating to my insurers beforehand yet on arrival I was asked to provide this again and did not have this with me. Just a small point !!

I was given an appointment and seen very promptly. I was given very full advice after being questioned and examined. I am very satisfied with the consultation
Great reception staff. I chose to go privately due to NHS backlogs however the appointment was disappointing. I paid for 25 minutes but was in there half the time. The consultation felt rushed and I was given the bare minimum information regarding my symptoms and a potential diagnosis. No explanation was offered as to what caused them. Further testing (miles away) was recommended. I have since found somewhere more local that offers the same service.
Mr Kirkland was very friendly and very clear in his instructions. He explained what he was doing and what I needed to do and what the following steps would be. Just the sort of doctor I want.
Very professional and helpful. Everything was clearly explained and I felt reassured and comfortable with my consultation and follow up appointment.
