Dr Melvyn Adjei leads Greenwich Private Doctors, bringing extensive experience in general practice, preventative medicine, and digital healthcare innovation. He trained at St George’s Hospital Medical School before completing his postgraduate training in London, gaining hands-on experience at some of the UK's leading teaching hospitals. As a General Practitioner, he is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care with a strong emphasis on lifestyle medicine and long-term health optimisation.

With a passion for preventative healthcare, Obesity and Dermatology, he holds postgraduate certifications in Lifestyle Medicine and Weight Management, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology (Merit). He is also a certified practitioner in Minor Surgery and Joint Injections. His approach focuses on understanding patients as individuals, working with them to improve their overall well-being through proactive, tailored healthcare solutions.

Beyond clinical practice, he has played a key role in digital healthcare transformation, currently serving as Clinical Lead for Digital Transformation in Tower Hamlets. He previously held the position of Clinical Lead for Diagnostics across Tower Hamlets, Newham, and Waltham Forest, helping to improve access to essential diagnostic services. In addition to his leadership roles, he continues to work as a GP in East London, balancing hands-on patient care with strategic healthcare development.
