Experience with Dr Romil-Patel I saw doctor Romil Patel and had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with him. I had a sever eye infection and went to see him for such reason. He prescribed me eye drops for 2 weeks which bleared my vision. As my work involves working with computer entire day - I asked Dr Patel via his secretary to put a note in the letter for my employer explaining this as the prescribed medication would affect my work. He refused to do this for a private visit for which I paid nearly £400!!!! I really do not think that this is a professional approach from his side! He was more concerned to see me in a few days and then 2 weeks so that he would be paid for such visits!

Impeccable service, sympathetic treatment by nurses and technicians, tests priced competitively, efficient billing process.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

Spire London East is east to get to, easy to park, everyone was friendly and a nice calm environment all round. Great experience.

The Portland Hospital was outstanding and how my son was taken care of left me at ease that he was in safe hands. All members of staff were kind and approachable and above all very professional.
