As I reach the first anniversary of acquiring my new knee I appreciate Ms Scott's professionalism throughout including the pre and post op meetings, also her care pre and post op during the time in hospital. She explained clearly everything that was going to happen and was quick to respond to any queries I had during my recovery at home.
