With difficult subject matter Prof. McNeill did an excellent job of balancing technical details about my diagnosis against the practical implications.

Prompt and succinct response to a routine test result - very reassuring
I along with my wife Prof.McNeil to investigate the options available to dispense with a catheter. Following resume of matters leading up to current situation Prof. McNeil explained in detail the various options available and after a physical examination recommended a TURP procedure and fully explained what this involved I was impressed and felt confident with Prof McNeil’s manner, explanations and professional approach
Professor Alan McNeill clearly expressed his satisfaction with the progress of my condition post-op and explained what to expect, answered all my questions regarding available support and frequency for follow-up. He is simply the BEST!
First class. The Professor has a caring manner, listens attentively, and takes time to explain. Then follows up with a very prompt letter containing the salient points that he has discussed.
Professor Mcneill was pleasant, businesslike and efficient. Unfortunately his report was addressed. To the wrong doctor in the SQMP. I will rectify that tomorrow.
Clear explanation of my problem and its treatment options
Professor McNeill was courteous, professional and clear in his explanations. A scan and the results were arranged and provided quickly. Exemplary
The whole experience was very professional, courteous and caring. Professor Alan McNeill carefully took me through the op. procedure, what was going to happen, and explaining my suitability for the work to be done and any possible downsides.
