Excellent all round: identify and fix the problem and set you on the right long term path

I have been seeing Giulia post surgery and she massively helped me over the past couple of months. She mainly used fascial release techniques and worked on the scars I have. The result is remarkable. I am not experiencing the pain I used to and I am really grateful I found her.

I broke my heel and strained my ankle whilst skipping rope which was very difficult to handle initially as I have a very active lifestyle (weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing, running). I really wanted to get back into the game quickly. Kathryn built an extremely efficient program for me which was very taylored to my needs. I had an amazing experience during each one of the various stages as I saw important progress every week (pain decreasing and regaining mobility). Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable and understands perfectly what needs to be done during the process. She will continuously adapt and give you the targeted help you need to achieve your recovery goals. She gave me an excellent list of exercises that not only helped me recover quickly but also that I will keep in my personal catalog of exercises to continue to use in the future for overall health and injury prevention. I had multiple injuries in the past from various sports activities and saw different physios. I can say that Kathryn was the best by far ! I highly recommend Kahtryn whether you have a very active lifestyle or not as she will definitely adapt to your needs and goals.

Gus has been helping me to combat sciatica pain in my leg and weakness in my back. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.

Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist. Originally from Belgium, I currently live in London. After undergoing shoulder surgery in Brussels, I had to immediately travel to London for my studies. Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Moreover, Alex always made sure to explain each part of the process to me, making physiotherapy not only beneficial but also enjoyable. I've had three Bodyset physios and all are great. So I was pleased that Martina is very nice and caring and asks alot about my medical condition, offering advice and help. The exercises she prescribed are good and I am working through them and hopefully will find they help my back and neck. She is very thorough with the massage of my back and neck and listens when I request anything. My only thing is that I wish Martina was at my local Wapping branch as I dont like commuting too far due to my medical condition but its all fine as she is great.
