Fantastic! Very friendly physiotherapist, who very clearly explained the exercises that I need to do to resolve my foot issue. Could not have been more professional, welcoming or helpful. No complaints.

Niamh is great physiotherapist, is incredibly affable and a wonderful communicator. She diagnosed my symptoms accurately & quickly and then implemented a progressively evolving rehabilition programme, using her extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries. Through a process of regular reviews and positive reinforcement, Niamh oversaw the gradual but successful rehabilition of my achilles.

Niamh is an excellent physio whose level of care and professional understanding puts her in the top tier. I would highly recommend working with Niamh who always brought a sense of humour and approachability to her work, which is super important when working through painful processes!

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable

Niamh was amazing from the outset. I really enjoyed the approach Niamh took to understanding my problems and turning that into a plan. This helped me strengthen up my legs to relieve the discomfort/instability I was facing through hip issues. The plan I followed with Niamh helped me with my running training for the london marathon which has been a big part of my day to day life over the past few months. I even managed to run a 2 minute PB and recovered well following the run, which has not been the case previously. I'll continue to use the exercises I learnt with Niamh to strengthen my legs, so I can continue running strong.

Niamh is great working with, she listens and adjusts to my needs and abilities - definitely pushing me but in a way that feels fun!
