Since doing the Lightning Process with Kate, I have managed to take huge steps in my recovery from ME/CFS. I have more energy, and am able to be much more active than I have been before. I am more calm and relaxed in my daily life, I am kinder to myself, and I can look at the future again with a sense of excitement and hope, instead of despair. On a regular basis, people around me tell me that I look more relaxed, more present, more embodied and healthy. Tiffany is fantastic! She’s done all of my lymphatic drainage massages since I started having them and she is extremely kind and gentle. She is very professional and always asks me how I felt after my last treatment, how I’ve been and if there’s anything new I may need to inform her of. She’s on time, knowledgeable and makes me feel extremely comfortable. The space is always clean and she always offers me water. I would definitely recommend Tiffany. She’s a lovely person. In addition, on arrival the centre itself is very clean and there’s a very calm and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend using Bodytonic.
