About Melody Mackeown

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and gut health specialist, based in London.  I also work with clients with Parkinson's Disease, who often have gut health issues.

I help men and women, like you, to resolve their digestive health issues. I understand how debilitating many of these conditions can be and how they influence all aspects of our lives. My specialised approach is evidence-based, and incorporates the latest research in diet, nutrition and lifestyle.

Please book a free 20-minute call  to discuss your health concerns and how I can help via the link above.

Many health problems stem from disorders and dysbiosis of the gut and your gut microbiome, even if the connection is not always apparent.

I use the following specific seven pillars of health to help you: diet, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, mindset and environment.

I work with clients with the following gastrointestional issues:

• IBD (Chrons and Ulcerative Colitis)

• IBS, SIBO, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea

• Coeliac Disease

• Diverticulitis

• Food sensitivities and intolerances

• Gastritis

• Reflux and GERD

I also work with clients with the following non-gastrointestional issues, which have a bi-directional link with your gut and microbiome health:

• Autoimmune conditions

• Anxiety and depression

• Diabetes and pre-diabetes

• Low energy and vitality

• Reduced immunity (e.g. you are always picking up colds etc)

• Hormone imbalances

• Osteoporosis and Ostepenia

• Skin conditions

• Weight management

I also specialise in the Nutritional support of Parkinson's Disease and many individuals with Parkinson's Disease have digestive issues.
