I had pleasure in seeing Dr John Philip O’Dwyer with a face to face consultation, he was very professional yet kind & friendly, he made me feel at ease with discussing the issues I needed to. He was extremely clear with his explanations of which I found very helpful in understanding. I met with Dr Gratwicke for the first time on 22nd April 2024 and right from the offset, when he came out to greet me, I was filled with confidence. As well as being an expert in his field, he had a wonderful “bed side” manner, something that is sadly lacking in many others. He went through a series of tests with me, took time to explain everything and totally put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Gratwicke.

Dr Mallik explained the procedure really well, he spent time advising me and answering my queries. He is friendly and down to earth. On the whole, it was a pleasure to have such a personable, helpful doctor.
