Sneha gave me very clear instructions, showed me the movements to do, was patient and kind. There was always a followup via email, which was brilliant. She was available for any questions too.

I’ve had a really positive experience - from day one, Sneha has taken the time to really understand the issues I’ve had with my knees and how it affects my day to day life with young children too. She is really thorough, knowledgeable and takes her time to really process everything. I would use her again without a shadow of a doubt
