Great chat - great massage.

Elmer is the first physio I have worked with who has made it easy to see the programme set to completion. I really like how he broke down what the stages of recovery are from stretching, activation to strength training. I went in to heal an injury and ended up with a new understanding of the foundations of weight lifting and how to correctly activate and use my more. I saw progress with each session and I'm very grateful for this. I would highly recommend Elmer to anyone else.

I came to Elmer with very bad back pain. Elmer did an amazing job, within one session he significantly reduced my pain, and clearly explained steps to take to speed up my recovery. Within two sessions the pain is now minimal, and I am getting better each day, and now feel optimistic about recovery. I didn’t think it would be possible to recover so quickly, and I am so grateful to be out of pain and on the road to recovery thanks to Elmer. My experience with Elmer has been nothing short of exceptional. He is not only knowledgeable but also approachable. A+! Highly, highly recommend. Given I work at a desk job (10+ hrs/day), I had issues with neck & shoulder stiffness and pain. He designed exercises that restored my mobility and provided preventative ones to duly strengthen the area. I’m really happy with the progress I’ve achieved with Elmer’s support! In fact, I continue to work with Elmer on other problem areas (chronic ankle / knee instability)
