I am an independent AHP working there monthly. The Manager and care staff look after the residents very well and have good rapports with them. The House is clean and well looked after with a homely feel for the residents.

When I first opened it was very good but over the years it has gone down hill also the management changed for the worst I am bullied everyday some of the staff don’t understand any of my English when it’s perfectly clear sometimes even laugh and stopped all of the activities.

My visit to Romford Care Home was a very pleasant experience. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome to the home. The team are very friendly, dedicated and professional, who pride themselves on supporting and caring for those who live at the care home.

Amazing team, facilities are great. Always a pleasure to be here
