I've worked with Martin now for over 4 years, not only following up with knowledge and experience to help me. He's continually provided insight and checked up with my training. Helping with me running in HyRox’s, ATHX Games, Marathons and IronMen

Martin has helped me through a number of minor to moderate injuries over the last 10 years. And he is exceptional. What makes him stand out from other physios I’ve had is how good he is once the injury or the symptoms are ‘fixed’. He is so good at the next stage after that, which is building the strength and movement patterns back up so that performance is optimised and, most importantly, the risk of another injury is minimised.

Martin was extremely professional and instantly put me at ease with his calm demeanour. He was fantastic and healed my injury very quickly which gave me the confidence to use my knee very quickly!

Martin is very thorough and explains everything in a logical way and makes sure it is easily understood and can be implemented to your daily life. He spends time to listen to any concerns about following the routine needed and offers different ways to help. He’s very flexible and make sure that most of the exercises he gives you can be done at home and while abroad and that’s another brilliant way to keep me going with my exercise with explaining the alternative ways while traveling. He’s very professional in a friendly way. Thank you so much Martin

Martin is the best of the best. I play semi-pro football and had ankle issues for years and saw two different Physio’s before finally finding Martin. He is so knowledgable and explains everything thoroughly, you feel very confident and clear after sessions and you start seeing results quickly. He sorted my ankle out properly and I’ve had no issues since, if I ever get niggles in other areas he always gives me a very clear plan of action to get me back up and running again in no time. Would 100% recommend him!
