Mrs Sukhjit has been very friendly and. helpful guiding me on a path to happiness. I started with a very severe binge eating disorder because I was struggling to cope in life. I turned to food to help me ease the pain I was feeling but this was an unhealthy and only temporary comfort. Since then I am slowly getting better, I feel more in control of the way I cope with my emotions. I am now able to fine other ways to comfort myself that are more healthy and help to better my overall self.

Catherine took me on a voyage of discovery and gave me the courage to face my past issues, my current challenges & fears of the future without trepidation. She blended therapy and the 12 step programme seamlessly and helped me find my way through areas which I'd become completely lost with on the outside. Thank you sincerely for everything you've done, it's had such an impact on me.

I interacted and attended group sessions with Lindsay during Stage 1 of my stay on a daily basis. As of stage 2, I have only attended 1 session with her being a current resident when I am typing this review. She is very understanding, knowledgable, supportive and listens and understands your perspective.
