Mrs Sukhjit Sambhi

Mrs Sukhjit has been very friendly and. helpful guiding me on a path to happiness. I started with a very severe binge eating disorder because I was struggling to cope in life. I turned to food to help me ease the pain I was feeling but this was an unhealthy and only temporary comfort. Since then I am slowly getting better, I feel more in control of the way I cope with my emotions. I am now able to fine other ways to comfort myself that are more healthy and help to better my overall self.

Attentive, listens, explores own thinking, self reflection/analysis, approachable, easy to talk to. Had a positive experience to date. I'd already embarked on a lot of this 'work' on me prior to be given these sessions, however, they have reaffirmed the direction I was already beginning to go toward.

Despite being telephone consultations because of the pandemic, I have felt at ease talking with Sukhjit and I do not feel it has impacted on our sessions. Explanations for questioning and activities were thorough and follow up was at sensible intervals with a goal for each session.

Sukhjit is a very good listener and puts great into understanding me first before giving advice. This allows us to work collaboratively and take incremental steps on improving my mental health. I am very happy with the service I am receiving :)

So far I have had a very positive experience working with Mrs Sambhi. She explains things very well and helps me to unravel certain issues I’m having and explains these well. I’m only early on in my sessions so she is still getting to know me and what issues I’m dealing with, but so far it has been helpful.
