Liz Tatham is a highly accomplished Systemic Psychotherapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with over 30 years of experience, including the last decade in private practice. Her extensive career in mental health began with her training as a Psychiatric Nurse, but her true professional transformation came after completing her Systemic Psychotherapy training in 2001. Liz went on to tutor on the same course at the University of Birmingham.
Liz's diverse experience includes working with families and individuals across various settings, notably within the Nottingham Eating Disorder team, where she developed a growing interest in hormonal health and early-onset menopause.
Liz now provides psychotherapy to individuals and families, combining her systemic approach with insights gained from years of working within mental health and education. Alongside her private practice, she contributes her expertise to a private girls' day school, offering support and guidance to students and their families.
Her qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Systemic Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Studies.
