Dr Filippo Passetti

I met with Dr Passetti via Zoom due to the current virus crisis. I found Dr Passetti to be a charming relaxing and friendly person. I had no problems speaking to him about my problems thanks to his manner.I would be happy to give my full recommendation.

Dr Passetti was by far the best Dr I have spoken to in a very long time. He is humble, respectful and understanding. He creates this calm aroma that supports you being open and comfortable sharing personal information. I would recommend anyone who is looking for support mentally and just general advice on your health and mindset. Superb experience!!

Dr Filippo is very kind and professional. My experience was very good and I highly recommended him if you need help and assisting you for your Illness. Hope all you don’t need but unfortunately In our current life a professional help can make you a big difference.

Dr Passetti has been wonderful, highly professional yet sympathetic and genuine. He really listens and takes into account my opinion when making decisions on treatment plans/changes.

Filippo was very kind to meet me at such short notice. He was understanding and generous with his time and clearly knew how to handle the situation. The prescription worked well and he was also very helpful as to repeating the prescription (despite my being quite desperate and I'm sure quite demanding). He gave me good advice as to how best to come off the medication too and all went to plan. I haven't needed further medication since. The only thing that was a little unhelpful was that he said there was a possibility that there could be a physical malady underlying the mental issue... which was so broad I found it difficult to know how best to respond in a measured/rational way. I asked him in an email about this but I got no reply. I also had an issue re billing/payments which was not anything to do with Filippo but with the billing company. Debra was very helpful too but they really were not. Thought you might want to know.

Great to speak to, very calming and understanding. Very knowledgeable and didn't rush the appointment. Made me feel very comfortable!

Straightforward but reasonably sympathetic manner. Not helped by him confusing which counsellor had referred me. Still waiting for his diagnosis letter after 7 working days. Also my initial appointment had to be rescheduled after being made due to his prior commitments.

I just passed one year since my last visit to Dr. Passetti and all is well. He is a great guy and I highly recommend him. Actually, I miss seeing him.

I felt the Dr spent a lot of time with me even though he was 30 mins late for my appt. I struggled to answer all his questions as I am finding my situation difficult so I’m not sure he will have got the best reflection of how I’ve been feeling and what I’m going through. This is mainly due to my difficulty opening up. I look forward to his recommendation.
