Professional, friendly manner with clear and concise advice

Dr Parikh was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain all the procedures and planning with my husband and I in person, and always responded to my emails. Going through IVF and finding an egg donor is so emotional and difficult, but I felt very looked after by Jaya and the great time at The Lister. We met Dr Parikh in 2017 and we now have two beautiful and healthy daughters.

Had a telephone consultation with professor Nardo, as always very perfessional, he listened and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel so much better and positive. I chose to take his opinion on something I was diagnosed with, since I had my fibroids removed 4 years ago by prof Nardo and it was a life changing procedure for me and I can not thank him enough for saving my life .

I love Dr Jyoti and would recommend her to anyone!

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. I am really glad that I chose the Lister and I would definitely recommend the clinic and Mr Nicopoullos to anyone who is interested in egg freezing or fertility treatment.

A few times I found Dr Bodri's explanations a little difficult to understand, even after requesting further information/clarification. He clearly knows his stuff but I got better explanations (which I understood) from the Apricity advisers and nurses.

Dr Peter Kerecsenyi - he over saw our treatment, he is the most charming man, he made us feel like the most important patients he had.

We first came to see Tim in 2023 for an initial consultation and he immediately put us at ease with his lovely manner and his easy way of explaining things. Since then, he has helped us navigate some unexpected and challenging times but has done so with such a remarkable generosity of spirit and real kindness (not always easy to come by thesedays!). We cant recommend Tim highly enough and would encourage anyone who is considering fertility treatment to book an appointment with him. Tim is reassuring and compassionate and a real credit to the Lister. The wider team who helped us as well - Breege, Liv & Jaliah were also wonderful. Thank you Tim and team!

Miss Linda Farahani has been great with very clear explanations and support for different options. We havent seen her many times during the process, mainly dealing with nurses. However whenever we have it has been lovely. I would very much recommend her care.
