Mr Pal performs a comprehensive range of minimally invasive procedures, including:

Operative hysteroscopy
Laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery
Endometrial biopsy
Minor outpatient gynaecological procedures
Whenever possible, minimally invasive techniques are used to reduce discomfort, minimise recovery time and enable a quicker return to normal activities.
Alongside his busy clinical practice, Mr Pal has held several senior leadership positions within the NHS. He previously served as Clinical Lead for Urogynaecology, having earlier been Colposcopy Lead and Gynaecological Cancer Lead at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. In these leadership roles he established specialist multidisciplinary services, introduced innovative outpatient pathways and contributed significantly to improving women's healthcare services across North West London.
Mr Pal is also recognised nationally for his contribution to postgraduate medical education. He is an MRCOG Part 3 Examiner for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a BSCCP-accredited Colposcopy Trainer, regularly teaching and mentoring specialist trainees and consultant colleagues.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG), a member of the British Society of Urogynaecology (BSUG), and has undertaken advanced specialist training in urodynamics, advanced hysteroscopy, intermediate laparoscopic surgery and gynaecological ultrasound.
