I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.

This seems to be a well run establishment and the staff are caring. The hospital is very clean too.

I had a pleasant experience with very professional staff

Had a great experience with Shaz. She put me at ease and took the time to clearly explain the NIPT test options available and answer my questions. She also spent a lot of time walking me through the scan and the pictures of the baby are just amazing!

The care I received from the clinic was exceptional. The staffs were always kind and professional. My questions were always answered quickly, and it was easy to communicate with them. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The nursing team, receptionists, finance team, embryology team displayed a high level of professionalism and were always kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

No issues

Everyone at the Westminster Maternity Suite was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the view totally makes up for it!
