The midwives were all professional, kind and supportive. During the two days I stayed in hospital after giving birth, they gave me a great deal of help and encouragement. They brought my medication at the appropriate times, showed me how to feed my baby and shared many practical tips on caring for a newborn. Their warmth and kindness made my hospital stay feel very reassuring and well cared for.

I stayed at the Fitzrovia Suite for two nights following the birth of my baby and for a further two nights during an unexpected admission due to health complications. During my time there, I had the privilege of meeting around 20 midwives and maternity support workers, and I can honestly say that they are among the most professional, compassionate, and supportive healthcare professionals I have ever encountered. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that both my baby and I felt safe, cared for, and supported. The level of attention, kindness, and dedication we received was truly exceptional and made an enormous difference during a very emotional and vulnerable time. I will be forever grateful to Ravinder, Sarah, Amy, and our guardian angel, Aga, who stood by us through both the happiest and most challenging moments. Their unwavering support, encouragement, and genuine care helped us navigate every obstacle and gave us the strength and confidence to keep going. A special mention to my anaesthetist John, whose calm reassurance and expertise made me feel safe throughout the procedure. I had been particularly anxious about the spinal anaesthetic, but his skill and gentle approach meant that it felt no more than a tiny mosquito bite. The care we received at the Fitzrovia Suite was nothing short of outstanding, and I will always look back on my experience there with immense gratitude. The Fitzoria suite midwives, nurses and staff were very kind and professional. The room was really nice and confortable. We felt very well looked after during the pregnancy and our stay after the delivery with the midwife being very caring and always offering advices for the care of our baby and my recovery.

We can’t fault the Fitzrovia team. The care was excellent and all of the midwives were very knowledgable and supportive both pre and post birth. Not only were they medically very experienced, they were also very caring and supportive and patient, helping us with all of our questions.

Every staff here is professional, patient and work hard. I received in time detailed service during my delivery journey. The room is quiet, clean and private. The dish menu is diversified to be chosen. In total, it’s a comfortable delivery choice.

We have been choosing between Fitzrovia Suite and Portland Hospital and at no point have we regretted about the decision to proceed with Ftizrovia. It is a clean, comfortable place with a lovely and attentive staff. I would choose it again if I had a chance. Positive energy in the wing, excellent medical team. My delivery room was spacious and had all medical equipment I needed. The catering was amazing. I genuinely have nothing to complain about.
