Very good indeed

I came to see Mr. Alex Day within a few hours of a diagnosis of shingles in the left eye, back in early February, and he could not have been more thorough and sensitive, I had to travel halfway around the world while ill and he and his secretary Aurelia responded to my emailed questions and never let me feel alone, I am grateful for my experience there, and the prompt attention. Should any other ocular issue arise, I will not hesitate to return. Thank you all.

HCA UK at The Shard provided a highly professional and efficient healthcare service. The facilities were state-of-the-art, and the staff were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.

The hospital was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The pharmacy was unfortunately out of stock of our prescription but otherwise a positive experience.

On two occasions nurses failed to answer alarm calls. Once this didn't matter but the second time I was left in a huge amount of pain, which could have been avoided. Generally speaking the staff were friendly and good but it feels like they have a huge problem with staffing levels, especially in the evenings.

The surgery was very quick and the aftercare has been great. Thank you.
